Hygienist
Our resident hygienists are our oral hygiene specialists, caring for your periodontal and gum condition and helping you to maintain a healthy mouth. They will expertly clean your teeth and discuss oral health products to assist your tooth cleaning at home. We encourage our patients to see the hygienist as regularly as the Dentist. Smokers and patients with known periodontal conditions are advised to see the hygienist every three months.
Wheelchairs
Unfortunately the main entrance to the surgery has 3 steps, therefore we have limited access for wheelchairs.
Emergencies
In the event of a genuine emergency we will endeavour to see you within 24 hours. Patients may call their Practice and every effort will be made to try to appoint you that day, or you may be asked to "sit and wait" if an appointment is not available.
In the case of emergencies out of hours our registered patients may telephone the Practice on 07905 602709 at weekends or NHS Direct on 0845 4647. NHS patients have the added facility of telephoning 0208 349 6500 for Enfield residents or 0207 391 6366 for Haringey residents.
Cancellation of appointments
We understand you may not always be able to keep your appointment therefore, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to the cancellation of an appointment. Appointments failed or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are liable to a charge of £10.00 per quarter hour broken or cancelled.
Payment
All charges are on a fixed scale of fees. Patients are expected to pay for their treatment at the appointment that it is provided, and in the case of complex treatments a deposit may be requested. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer 0% finance on all treatments over £500. Please call in for more details.
